append

Concatenate strings without trimming.

Syntax

s = append(s1, s2, ...)

Description

Concatenates strings end-to-end, preserving all whitespace including trailing spaces. Difference from strcat, which strips trailing whitespace.

Example

append('hello', '  world')   % 'hello  world'
